Definitions

By submitting a piece of work to myfirstthreesome.co.uk will imply: the person is the owner of the item, is over the age of 18, and is authorizing myfirstthreesome.co.uk to use it as it sees fit.
4. Submission: Any writing, reply, email, posting, photograph, video, or any other item placed or sent to the owner of this site.
5. Active: Accessible for visitors to this site to view and comment on the submitted work.
6. Inactive: My First Threesome is in control of the submitted work but visitors to this site are not able to access it.
7. Inactive member: A visitor who has registered but has not posted or has not posted for a period of time.

Terms

9. This site takes SPAMMING and illegal access seriously. Any attempt in illegally accessing this site occurs, any disruption to this site, and / or other illegal activities myfirstthreesome.co.uk will provide information to the proper authority. This may result in loss of ISP account, civil legal action being taken, and / or criminal charges being filed.
10. Any person registering on this site work must complete their registration and account activation within seven calendar days of registration. If account is not activated with in seven days your account will be deleted and you will have to go through the verification process again. By failing to activate your account it may result in denial of access to other parts of this site, your details being reported as a potential SPAMMER and may result in other issues for you. In order to avoid further complications it is important that your account is activated within the specified time.
11. My First Threesome does reserve the right to remove members that are inactive. My First Threesome does reserve the right to reject any registration at any time for any reason.
